APPLICANTS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT WITHIN 30 DAYS OF APPLICATION:
A. Transcripts of school courses and grades completed.
B. High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
C. Records of previous work experience and/or trade school.
D. Birth Certificate or Baptismal Record
E. Veteran's discharge records (DD form 214), if applicable.
F. Work keys assessment test scores
Applicants will submit a Drug Screen before indentured into the Apprenticeship Program.
